I’ve been chatting with someone, not on my team, trying to help shift her paradigm today. What I learned is this…we need to connect with our core. It is so incredibly easy for us to focus on what isn’t right, what we don’t have, what we could have done and what we did wrong….much easier than focusing on what IS right, what we DO have and what we DID right!
When I began my journey in Direct Sales, my glass was 3/4 empty-in life overall. My life was empty and nothing had a ray of sunshine. I was a stay at home mom, my mom had recently passed away and I was lonesome. I had a lot of growing to do to find POSITIVE in the negative. If I can do it, so can you!!!
Often times, we live in our thoughts and our thoughts control us. If we think something “sucks” then it will. If we think no one will buy from us, they won’t. If we think not having enough product will dampen our business, it will. Thoughts are energy, thoughts are powerful and negativity is like a vicious wild fire. Choose today what you want, where you want your business to go and CHOOSE to be successful. Successful people do what others won’t.
If you feel stuck, redefine your why…do you know what this is? Your WHY is your reason for doing anything in your life. Our WHY define’s us. Share your product, share your story, share the good things.
When you do a party and you don’t have oodles of product, target the positive in that. “Hey, I don’t need to carry a ton of product and have capital, because I am my own CEO!! I choose my business model and it works for me. Orders arrive in about a week and it’s exactly as it’s meant to be” How many direct sales companies do you know of that have inventory on hand? How many reps do you know that have inventory on hand? No many I’m betting. You CHOOSE your success with your attitude and mindset.
Choose to live THE LAW OF ABUNDANCE.
“The Law of Abundance is an abiding principle within universal laws. It is the simple fact that there is an unlimited Source of everything we need or could ever want. This great abundance is already ours, infinitely available to all of us all the time.”
Now consider this:
“People with a scarcity mentality tend to see everything in terms of win-lose. There is only so much; and if someone else has it, that means there will be less for me. The more principle-centered we become, the more we develop an abundance mentality, the more genuinely happy for the successes, well-being, achievements, recognition, and good fortune of other people. We believe their success adds to…rather than detracts from…our lives.” — Stephen R. Covey
What can you do today to apply the Law of Abundance to your day?
